Jianguomenwai Dajie is so long, so which specific place do you stay?
Generally speaking, you can take the local subway line 1 from either Jianguomen Station or Yonganli Station to reach Dongdan where you can change to line 5 to reach Tiantan East Station. Get out of the station from Exit A2, you can find the market easily.0
