Are we match ? I'm Scorpio , nov 9 1990 and he is Pisces , feb 28, 1985 ... ?

I noticed he just completed think he is a ego and think all about himself instead of doing right things, but I'm not giving up on this guy I'm sure he will realized later and running to me.
