change fly schedule from shanghai to La, us

I am on a tour, scheduled to fly back to Houston, USA on Dec. 4, 2013. On a tour to ChangChaJie I was seriously injoured-broke my left leg. I was taken to a hospital in Changsha receiving temperate treatment.
I need to go back The State as soon as possible having treatment. I would like to know what should we do (came with my wife) to change fly schedule going back to Houston, what are the requirements and do I have to pay any extra charges for the change? We came on the buiness class. Does it make any different as far as changing fly schedule? My name is Augustine Wang. Since I am currently on the way back to Shanghai and don't carry my reservation sheet therefore I don't know the reservation number and fly number. your help will be greatly appreciated
