visa extension in shanghai

Ni Hao, mine will be Expired on Oct. 8,2013. They told me that in Shanghai they wont allow to extend it again? Is this True? I would Love to extend it again. Please Help me. Nols

I had head that it was impossible to do extension before September 1 because of the new regulations formally effective on September 1. It's been almost a month after the new regulations came into effect. Perhaps, there are some new changes. Therefore, I think you'd better go to the local PSB to confirm this.
