I'm coming to Urumqi end Oct / early Nov. What's the weather like? Anything I need to bring along?

The average temperature is around 3 to 10C during that time and sometimes it may become cold at that time.
It is suggested to take your thick coat and thick sweaters. If you have down jacket, it is suggested to take it.0

Hello ,
End October day time is often sunny and quite pleasant. you just need a sweater and autumn coat . Its really rare snow in early Nov,I think better to take one more sweater .
