About:Chinese Consulate in San Francisco

Physical examination for a work visa

I have the form printed for the physical examination required. My question is, can my family dr complete the form or does the consulate require a specific medical group or hospital. I live in Portland Oregon

Yes, you have to finish the examinations at the appointed hospitals by the embassy or consulate.
