Do Indians need transit visa at Shanghai Pudong Airport where the layover is just 3 hours

Dear Sir, I am an Indian Passport holder and currently a resident of Hong Kong. I have a US B1/B2 type valid upto 10th August 2023. I plan to visit United States.Details of my journey to United States are as under.

Hong Kong to Chicago, Flight Details are as under:

Layover : 2h 40m

American Airlines, AA-288, Economy
PVG 18:00, 31 Oct 2013, Pudong, Shanghai, Terminal 2, 13h 25m
18:25 ORD, 31 Oct 2013, O'Hare, Chicago, Terminal 5

My flight from Hong Kong will reach Shanghai Pudong Terminal -2 and the flight from Shanghai to Chicago will leave from Pudong Terminal-2.
