It's hard to tell. If you check the application form, you will see that there are two items (proposed date of entry an proposed duration of stay) on the form. You can fill the time duration and wait for the approval of the authorities. It's their call.

Hi! I'm a filipina. I would like to know if i can have a chance to get 3 months visa in hongkong.
