It is hard for you to travel the three places in one day. At most, you can visit the Wall and the Forbidden City in one day.

You can only visit 1 place in 1 day. Yes on 25 dec - all places of interest in china are open for tourists. However - check the weather before you head out. It hardly snows in BJ as BJ is extremely dry city with very minimum rainfall . However if it snows on the day you travel - expect the climb on Great Wall to b dangerous . Instead opt for somewhere safer  like forbidden city
