How to apply for Macau and HK visa in Melbourne?

Hi, I'm holding a Vietnamese passport but i have Australia permanent resident. I want to travel to Macau for 2 days and HK for 1 or 2 days in Feb. Can i apply Macau and HK visa together or have to do seperate apply. Thank you
