About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I have a 7 hr stop in Peking flying LAX to Singapore. What happens if my flight is delayed 17 hrs?

Will I need a transit visa in this case?

Don't worry. If you stay less than 24 hours at the airport, you won't apply for any G type. If you stay longer than 24 hours but less than 72 hours, you can apply for the 72 hours free transit since you meet the requirements.
