Belgian living in Perth going to China

Hi, I'm a Belgian citizen and permanent resident of Australia, living in Perth. For business reasons I am going to travel to China. Can I get a visa for China in Perth, based on my Belgian nationality?

Yes, you can apply in Perth since you are a permanent resident in Australia.
