You must refer to Zhangjiajie for the first destination, don't you?
Well, from Zhangjiajie to Changsha, there are direct buses and trains in operation.
Changsha to Guilin, there are trains between and it takes 7.5h or longer.
Guilin to Guangzhou, the direct planes are most recommended. It takes around an hour.1
