About:Drinking Water in China

If we put water filter in the tap in China, is this safe to drink already?

We placed Aquasana brand in our tap water and pour it in another stand up filter, just want to check if this is a safe alternative to buying mineral water.

After two layers filters, the tap water would be safe enough to drink then. Well, to better ensure that, you'd better boil the filtered water for drink.
