Hand rolling tobacco , rolling paper and filters

Hi!
I am wanting to bring about 170 grams of hand rolling tobacco into China as well as all other necessary rolling equipment - filters and rolling paper.
Is this allowed? It will be in my checked luggage.

Yes, you can bring the tobacco. However, you should notice that one passenger can take no more than 500g tobacco without declaration. Don't bring too much. Or you need to declare them at the custom.
