About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Hi, I would like to apply for a travel visa in Cebu, but I cannot go in person.

Is it okay if I the representative that I authorize is a household helper of my friend? Is her Identification Card enough too? Thanks!

I am afraid not, you can only entrust your immediate family member/household staff/co-worker or a travel agency to submit on your behalf.
