How to kill 7 hours transit in Shanghai

Is there any city visit tours or alternatively are 7 hours sufficient to see one or two thing downtown and if yes what do you recommend?

Such city tours are easily accessible, but it is not necessary. You can have a short visit by yourself at the Bund (Huangpu River) and Nanjing Road.
