About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

Can U.S. citizen apply for Chinese visa in Toronto?

Live in Buffalo, NY would like to use consular office in Toronto for application. Is this possible?

I think you'd better apply from the consulate in NY. The applicants are suggested to apply in the consulate or embassy in their consulate area.
