The average temperature is around 20 to 30C during that time and sunny and the cloudy days usually occur. For hotels, what is your budget? As I know, Shan Hai Holiday Hotel and Great Wall Hotels are pretty nice ones. If you want some cheap ones, Taolin Hotel and Bowei Great Hotel are suggested.
