need to know how to renew a passport at the cameroon embassy in prc

Dear Sir,    I am a Cameroonian by nationality and currently residing and working in Thailand.My regular CEMAC passport would expire on November 11 ,2014. I would be applying for continous study visa to Canada in the month of March 2014.I wish to inquired if it would be possible for me to renew my passport there in China.I would like to know about the process and the required documents and fees.How long does it take to do the process.Hope to hear from you.I have got 15 pages still remaining in my passport.hope to renew would be the best option or a new passport?which one is the best option?.Best regardsDAVIDSON MBAH

I think you'd better figure out if the Canadian embassy thinks your passport is ok. If it is ok, you needn't apply for a new one. If not, you should call your embassy in Beijing for the details about the passport renewal.
