About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

Can I go to Chinese Embassy in Chicago or New York other than Houston?

My babe was born in Florida and my air ticket back to China is through Chicago. Can I go to Chicago to arrange travel documentation for my babe instead of Houston? Thank you?

I am afraid not, you need to visit the Consulate in Houston if your his/her birth certificate was issued in Florida.
