About:Beijing Travel

Travel from Bejing Capital Airport to the Inner City in the early morning hours

Four of us will be arriving in the Capital Airport (Terminal 2) at about 01.30 am. I have found out that the last shuttle bus to the Inner BJ( BJ Railway Station ) is at 2400 hours:Bus Line 3. The only option is taking the a taxi to a hotel on Du Shi Xin Yuan Rd, Dongcheng. But it would be uneconomical since the taxi will charge more during the hours. Could anyone suggest and advise me on how to get to our destination during the hours with reasonable cost. Could we wait until 7.00 am at the Airport Hall to catch the first morning bus or Express Train. Thank you.

I am afraid that I am not very clear about your hotel's place.
But generally speaking, you can take the airport shuttle bus line 2 to reach its terminal at Xidan and then change to take a taxi to reach your hotel. In this way, I think it is much cheaper than taking a taxi directly. The shuttle bus line 2 has the night bus.

Or you may stay in the hourly lounges in the airport and wait for the shuttle bus or the express train in the morning and

Dear Allan,thank you for your response. Greatly appreciated. My hotel is BJ Hydge Courtyard Hotel in Dongcheng. It is about 5-6 km from BJ Railway Station. With the new insight I will explore the bus stops on the Line you have suggested. I will determine the nearest stop and I will take a taxi to the hotel from there.
