How to get Tibet permit for Bangladeshi national ?

I want to visit Tibet for tourism. My questions are:
1. How do i get the permit for Tibet?
2. It looks like to get the Chinese visa, i will need an invitation. How do i get the invitation since i dont know any 1 in China?
3. Do i need to mention in the application form that i want to visit Tibet? What is the recommendation.
