how to get tibet permit for bangladeshi national ?

I want to visit Tibet for tourism. My questions are:1. How do i get the permit for Tibet?2. It looks like to get the Chinese visa, i will need an invitation. How do i get the invitation since i dont know any 1 in China?3. Do i need to mention in the application form that i want to visit Tibet? What is the recommendation.
