About:Directions for Use of Shanghai Public Transportation Card

after i take Shanghai maglev from pudong airport to longyang station how can i reach my hotel The Bund ?

can I get a taxi there ? or can I get a metro ?

Yes, you can take a taxi directly, which is fast and convenient.
If you want to take the metro, you need to take the line 2 to reach East Nanjing Road Station and then walk to reach the Bund to find your hotel. Since it is unclear about your hotel's name and do not know how far it is far from the East Nanjing Street Station, so I am not sure whether the metro is your best method.
