About:Baggage Allowance and Transportation

Beijing-shanghai train

Hi, i am coming from egypt with 2 bags each weigh 23 kg and i have read in the high speed trains policy of baggage allowance from beijing to shanghai not to exceed 20 kgs what can i do ? How can i take the bags and if there is another option how much will i pay ?
