I have two ways for you:
1. By taxi. It is 13-14km between, so the taxi fare shall be CNY30-40.
2. Walk from where you are to Shuncheng Street South bus stop to take bus no. 99 and get off at Zoo bus stop. Then transfer to bus no. 198 to your destination directly.0
