Arriving Shanghai PVG - T2 at 0225 PM & need to go to Weifang City. Pls advice best option.

It is suggested to take the local subway line 2 to reach Hongqiao Railway Station where you can find bullet trains for Weifang.
Or you can fly to reach Weifang.
In my opinion, the bullet trains is much better.0
