my birthdate is 02/25/1976 and my husband is on 10/18/1973. Are we going to be together til the end?

We have 5 kids together. I've been with him since I was 13, but our relationship and marriage is far from healthy. I am really running out of patience...I LOVE HIM WITH ALL MY HEART!! I dont feel like he loves me anymore, that he's just in this marriage because of our kids. And I also feel as if he's hiding something again. I know he wants to tell me but he can't. Back in 2009/2010 I suspected and assumed that he was cheating on me with my first cousin and made her pregnant and got an abortion. This time its the same feeling. My cousin and I no longer talk because I no longer make her feel like family so she's hurt..Is it worth it for me to work out my marriage? Please I need some answers. Thank you.
