About:China Visa

Should I get an M or Z visa?

I am 68, from UK, have an F type that soon expires. I own a company in China, a WOFE,sole investor and share holder and director. Is it possible to get a Z or is M better. Multiple entry for as long as possible

It's better to apply for the Z type. If you get it, you need to apply for the residence permit within one month when you enter PRC. With the residence permit, you can enter or leave PRC easily without applying for new visas.

To get a Z from another country other than China, do I need to get apply for an foreign expert certificate first?

Yes, you should get a foreign expert certificate first then apply for a Z from Chinese embassy.
