How would I get from Wuhan station to Wuhan (Hankou) station

I will be arriving in Wuhan from Guangzhou South and want to transit to catch the train to Yichang

the best the way is take the train，there are many trains from wuhan to hankou ，taking time about 20min ，USD 1.5
