Is proof of your bank balance is necessary if the tour is on behalf of an organisation?

Hi, according to the Chinese embassy in India, you can provide a personal written statement (covering letter with details as follows: place to visit, name, address and contact number of the inviting / contact company / person); as well as Certification letter from your working unit (with details as follows: name and contact number of the working unit, your income statement), or you should provide an original copy of recent 6-month bank statement instead.
