Retirement in Xiamen

What are the retirement possibilities? As an American with my lovely Chinese (Beijing) wife, we are interested in the retirement possibilities in the more suitable climate and water/beach recreation. Thank you in advance.

Well, XM is an ideal destination for retirement. Its climate is pleasant all around the year, with the average temperature of around 21C. Besides, the facilities, and overall envirement in the city are very nice. The most important factor is that XM is not as noisy as other cities. You can easily have a peaceful and quiet life.
