About:Telephone & Cellphone in China

Cell phone roaming charges in diffrent cities

If I will get sim card from Chengdu Airport and then travel to Xiamen,Wenzhou,Shanghai,Nigbo,Nanjing,Changchun,Beijing & Xian,what will the roaming charges on call received from Pakistan as well as calls received from different Chinese cites?

I bought a prepaid china unicom card in chengdu and use it all over china without issue. When it comes to long distance service i have been using skype for outgoing calls.
