Urgent: In Transit Visa

Hi,
I'm a citizen of Belize in Central America. I purchased a ticket to Taiwan but will need to stop in GuangZhou Airport for transit to Taiwan. I will only have a 6 hour lay over in GuangZhou. Will I need an in transit G for this or do I just travel on my normal one since I will be there for less that 24 hours. Please let me know as soon as possible. Thank you.
