Visa for travel to Shenzhen, China

Hello mu name is Yolima and I'm a colombian citizen living in Costa Rica. I need to travel to Shenzhen to visit some factories and talk to businesses for possible purchase and future business. How can I get it here in Costa Rica? Is it necessary for me to travel to Colombia to get it? Please advise me of the best course of action.
