Marriage certificate for Visa Applicarion

Hi I am Vera from Indonesia, me and my husband will go to china for vacation in october, I am indonesian and my husband is american, we both leave from Indonesia, when we apply for Visa the agent asking for my marriage certificate as one of the requirement document for Visa application, because the hotel booking is on my Name, Is this correct?

Yes, you need to provide it as the agency claims.
