About:Guangzhou Transportation

Guangzhou to Hong Kong by bus

I am going to arrive to GZ train station (from Guilin) at 8:53 in the morning. There is a train from GZ East train station, but I do not know how to get to this station.
Is there a bus to Hong Kong that is close to GZ train station? Where can I get the bus schedule from Canton to Hong Kong? Is the bus faster than the train to Hong Kong?

From the railway station, you can take the subway line 2 to reach Gongyuanqian Station where you can change to line 1 to reach East Railway Station.

The closest bus station is at China Hotel and the bus' time table is 07:45 . 08:15, 09:50, 12:45, 13:45, 14:45, 16:45 and 18:15. On weekends and holiday, an additional bus at around 18:50 is available. It does not faster then taking a train to HK.
