How can i go from international hall to domestic hall in beijing airport

Hi i'll be arriving in 10th sep 2:25 pm by qatar airways and i have a flight to dalian intrantional airport at 10:45pm how do i move from international hall to domestic hall and is there a place where i can put my bags until the second flight depature?
