About:China High Speed Train

What is the luggage allowance for high speed train from Shanghai to Beijing 1st class seats.

We are international travellers going from Shanghai to Beijing on the high speed train and will have one suitcase of 20kg and 1 hand luggage/carry on baggage. Is this allowed ? We are travelling 1st class on high speed train.
