Hello, i am a romanian citizen.
I have heard that some people are sent back to their home countries when they apply for a Z while in Hong Kong. Do you know anything about this? Why would only happend to some people?

Hi, I also heard that some countries are banned to apply in HK. And the comissioner office there only issue visas to HK residents. So, maybe this is major problem for application there.
