About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

Do I need to return to America to apply for a Work visa?

I want to get a work Z, I have done business in the past in China, and now have a job offer. I am currently traveling, do I need to go home to apply the work Z or can i do it in Hong Kong

Hi, you can have a try to do this HK as it is possuble currently. I can not assure you with the result as there is new regulation coming into effect very soon (september 1). So, better contact a local travel agency for the latest information.
