About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Do we need to fill out any forms for the 72 hour Transit Visa if going to Beijing?

You should first inform your airline for this free transit request, and fill a form with your information. After arrival at the airport, you shall fill an entry card and the free transit permit will be issued.
