About:Hangzhou Weather

We'd like to see foliage, yellow autumn in Hangzhou. So, Should we go by November 15th or Nov 21st?

It is suggested to go on November 15th.
To be honest, in my opinion, you can go there in the early November and scenery at that time is much beautiful.
