About:Jiuzhaigou National Park

Autumn Foliage Prediction in Jiuzhaigou

Hi, Not sure if it's too early to ask but I wonder if anyone can tell about this year expectation on autumn foliage timing? How about the weather this year compare to last year, is the winter come earlier or later?

Oh, I had been there twice. Usually speaking, the best time to see the colorful leaves should be middle October to early November. From Middle September, it starts to turn light yellow and pink. And in late October, it will be fully yellow and red, which is beautiful and enchanting. There will be no big difference between winters in this and last year, and winter may come in middle November.
