About:Beijing Weather in January

Hi My sister and I are planning to visit beijing on Jan 19-24 what the weatther that time?

The average temperature is around -7 to 1C during that time. The wind is so heavy and often the frog may happen. The thick sweater and down jacket is necessary.
In my opinion, Jan. is not a good time to visit there.
