Hourly lounge or premier lounge? Beijing airport

Hi we are arriving from a transfer from a cruise ship at about 12 noon. Our flight with china southern KL4302 is not till 00.50am. I think we are terminal 2.
Which lounges do you recommend we book. Is the hourly lounge near the premier ? I am guessing we will not be able to check in till 3 hours before so we would be land side till then. So what would the cost be to go in the hourly lounge for 8 hours then the premier lounge for 3 hours. Which location should I book? Do thy have international tv channel?
