Premier seat of high speed train

Is it has specific waiting area for premier seat of high speed train at changsha railway station? Where is it?
And If I book premier seat during 12.00 -13.00, Is it serve lunch on train? Or Can I bring my own food or buy it on train?

Yes, there is the special check channel at the entrance for premier seat which leads to the business class lounge.
Yes, free lunch is served during lunch time. You can also bring your own food.
