About:China Green Card (Permanent Residence Permit)

Extension of the Working Permit

Hello, Is it compulsory to start the extension procedure of the Residence Working permit 1 month prior to the expiration of the Residence Permit? Or is it only a recommendation? Thnaks

Hi, you have to apply for extension of your residence permit 1 month prior to the expiration. This is required by the new regulation in 2013.
