how do i apply for a german visa in shenyang?

Please I am a student in Shenyang and will like to apply for a visa to Germany during the winter break. How do I apply? My mum in Germany gives me an invite. So I need short stay one for up to 4months. Is there a German consulate in Shenyang city for me to apply? or is it possible for me to apply online?

Hi, there is a consulate in Shenyang but it is under construction now. You have to apply from the embassy in Beijing instead through TLScontact-the agency appointed by the embassy. As i know, online application is not available.
