About:China Visa Application in USA

Do I need to take a copy of my health exam to the Houston consulate for a Z Visa?

My prospective employer in China required a notarized health exam form in order to begin the process. They have recently told me that the form was accepted by the local authorities. Do I need to take a copy of this form when I go to the consulate in Houston? It does not appear that it is needed, but I would just like to confirm.

Hi, for work Z application, the Physical Examination Record is required. So, better prepare it in advance before visiting the consulate general.
